At Sharma Enterprises Dhuri, accessible from within our Android application, your privacy is our top priority. This policy outlines the types of data we collect and how we use it to provide our financial consultancy services.
1. Introduction & Authorization
Sharma Enterprises Dhuri is an authorized Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and Loan Service Provider (LSP). We act as a facilitator connecting users with RBI-registered Banks and NBFCs. We are not a direct lender. We operate through official partnerships with:

• Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd
2. Information We Collect
To facilitate your loan application, we collect:
• Personal Info: Name, Email, and Mobile Number (for account creation and OTP verification).
• Application Data: Physical Address, Loan Type, and Amount (to process your file with banks).
• Device Identifiers: We collect a unique FCM Token to send you real-time push notifications about your loan status.
• Permissions: The app requests INTERNET and POST_NOTIFICATIONS. We do not access your Contacts, SMS, or Gallery.
3. Lending Partners (145+ Banks & NBFCs)
We share your data only with RBI-registered lenders for loan processing. Our partners (via Andromeda & Piramal) include:

4. Financial Disclosures
• Repayment Period: Minimum 61 Days to Maximum 60 Months.
• APR: 10.50% to 36% (subject to credit profile).
• Example: For a loan of ₹1,00,000, interest rate of 12% for 12 months, the EMI is ₹8,885. Total interest: ₹6,620. Total repayment: ₹1,06,620.
5. Data Safety & Retention
• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
• Storage: Data is stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Sharma Enterprises Dhuri app, you agree to be bound by these terms. We act purely as a DSA/Facilitator and do not guarantee loan approval, which is at the sole discretion of the Bank/NBFC.
2. Eligibility
You must be an Indian resident, aged 18+, with a valid income source to apply for services through this platform.
3. User Responsibilities
• You must provide true, accurate, and updated documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
• Providing forged documents will lead to immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
4. No Service Fees
Sharma Enterprises Dhuri does not charge any upfront fees from customers for loan processing. If anyone asks for money in our name, please report it to loandhuri@gmail.com.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sangrur/Dhuri, Punjab.
